Radiological characteristics were collected in the patients who came to perform tomosynthesis for vascular evaluation in the Radiology Service of the La Trinidad Teaching Medical Center in the year 2022. 182 studies were evaluated, of which 94 had a history of augmentation mammoplasty, 18 had a history of reduction mammoplasty, 50 had no history, and 32 had other history. Categorization by the ACR 80 ACR-A, 66ACR-B, 32 ACR-C and 16 ACR-D. In the vascular patterns evaluated, CSE was observed: abundant 23, moderate 79, scarce 73 and vascular silence 7. CSI: abundant 75, moderate 73, scarce 27, vascular silence 7. CIE: abundant 2, moderate 23, scarce 141, vascular silence 16. CII: abundant 5, moderate 20, scarce 140, vascular silence 17. Therefore, a predominance of arteries coming from the upper quadrants is concluded, showing an abundant pattern in CSI.
